Return policy

The WAGA team works hard to make your shopping experience as pleasant as possible. If you are not entirely satisfied with the items you received, you can return them in the 10 days following reception for a full refund, minus shipping costs and other applicable fees.

All products must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging, with all parts and accessories. You must also send back a copy of the bill, purchase order or return authorization to get the full credit.

Items that have been modified or washed and/or that are not in their original packaging and for which the tags have been removed shall not be returned and reimbursed.

Shipping fees will be reimbursed in the event of a manufacturer's defect or shipping error made by Boutique Waga inc. Certain conditions apply.

Damaged shipment

If, when you receive your shipment, you find that it is damaged, please take pictures of the package and of the damaged items, and promptly send them to our Customer Service Department at, explaining the issue.

Please also describe the condition of the package directly on the receiving slip, with the delivery person there on site.  If the delivery person has already gone or if there was no delivery person for your package, simply send us the pictures and a description as specified above.

Our Customer Service team will make every effort to make you happy and replace the damaged products, as applicable.
